Data collected
When you use the contact form we may receive your name, email, company, project type, indicative budget, tentative date and enquiry. Minimal technical information, such as an IP address, is temporarily processed to limit abuse.
Purpose and basis
Information is used only to assess and answer production, collaboration or availability enquiries. Submission requires explicit consent. Data is not sold or used for marketing without separate permission.
Retention and security
Enquiries are retained only as long as needed to reply, prepare a proposal, or meet contractual and legal duties. Anti-abuse limits are held briefly and do not create a user profile.
Providers
Hosting processes technical requests needed to serve the site. When email delivery is enabled, Resend will process form content as a delivery provider under its own terms and safeguards.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of an enquiry by writing to the studio email. Include enough context to locate the message without sending additional sensitive data. hello@kage.studio.
Legal identity and contact details remain provisional during development and must be confirmed before public launch.
