Still-life work makes relationships visible. Moving a bowl by two centimetres changes the pressure around it; turning paper toward a window changes its apparent weight.
We build from one material at a time and photograph each change. Contact sheets show the moment when an arrangement becomes complete—usually one step before it begins to feel designed.
The same principle applies to portrait and landscape. Establish the visual anchor, protect the negative space and remove anything that competes without adding tension or meaning.
